BUTEX Admit Card 2024 Download – but.teletalk.com.bd
BUTEX Admit Card 2024 can be downloaded after the final application fee is paid. Admit Cards can be downloaded through the BUTEX Teletalk Com BD website. Candidates must log in with a user ID and Password. Candidates need to upload photos and signatures to download the admit card. Image size 300 x 300 pixels and signature size 300 x 80 pixels. Image must be a maximum of 100 KB and signature must be a maximum of 60 KB. Both photo and signature must be in JPEG format.

Follow the instructions below to download the BUTEX Admit Card.
- To download the Admit Card, visit the but.teletalk.com.bd website.
- Log in with your user ID and password.
- Upload photo and signature.
- Download and print the admit card.
The BUTEX admit card will have the photo and signature of the candidate. The admission test roll number, center name, and admission test instructions will also be mentioned. Candidates must bring an Admit card and an original copy of the HSC or equivalent exam registration card to the Exam Center.

Marks Distribution and Question Pattern
BUTEX admission test will be held according to the higher secondary level syllabus. There will be no MCQ-type questions. The test will be written. Questions will be in both Bengali and English versions. Admission tests will be held in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English. The total mark is 200. Subject-wise marks distribution is given below.

- Chemistry – 60
- English-20
List of calculators
No programmable calculator can be used in the admission test. Also, watches, pens, mobiles, or instruments with electrical SIM/devices cannot be used. However, a simple scientific calculator can be used. The list of calculators can be found on the website.
BUTEX Seat Plan
Detailed seating arrangements will be revealed before the admission test. The seat Plan will be published on the Bangladesh Textile University website.
Admission Circular 2023-24
Bangladesh Textile University BUTEX Admission Circular 2023-24 has been published. Candidates have to apply online. BUTEX Admission Form 2024 can be filled through but teletalk com bd. Admission notices and prospectus are available on butex edu bd website. Admit Card will be published at the end of the application. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the admission test without an admit card. A shortlist will be published before the admission test. Only eligible candidates can download the admit card.
A detailed seat plan will be published before the admission test. The admission result will be published at the end of the admission test. Admission activities will be completed from the merit list and waiting list.

Application Eligibility/ Qualification
- The applicant must be a citizen of Bangladesh.
- The candidate must pass HSC / equivalent examination in 2023.
- Candidates should have passed HSC / Equivalent and SSC / Equivalent examinations from the Science group.
- HSC / Equivalent and SSC / Equivalent examinations must have a minimum GPA of 4.50 separately.
- Candidates should get a total of 18.00-grade points with a minimum GP of 4.00 in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English separately.
BUTEX Application Form
Applicants can be applied only through Teletalk prepaid mobile. The primary application can be made through two SMS in total. Follow the instructions below to apply.
1st SMS: BUT <space> First 3 letters of HSC Board Name <space> HSC Roll <space> HSC Year <space> First 3 letters of SSC Board Name <space> SSC Roll <space> SSC Year and Send it to 16222.
Example: BUT DHA 123456 2023 DHA 654321 2018 and Send it to 16222.
2nd SMS: BUT <space> YES <space> PIN Number <space> Mobile Number and Send to 16222.
Example: BUT YES 87654321 01xxxxx and Send to 16222.
Eligible List 2024
A total of 10,000 candidates will be given the opportunity to participate in the admission test. The eligible candidate’s list for the written test will be published on 23 February 2024. The BUTEX shortlist will be published on the basis of the total marks obtained in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English at HSC Level. The eligible candidate’s list will be published on the website. To participate in the written test, the candidate has to fill up a final application form.
Final Application form
Candidates on the eligible list have to fill the final application form. The final application form has to be filled just like the preliminary application. The final application fee is Tk. 1000. Only final applicants can download the admit card. Candidates will be able to download the Admission Test Admit Card along with filling up the final application form.
The BUTEX final application form can be filled out through Teletalk prepaid mobile. The final application can be made by sending a total of two SMS. Follow the instructions below to apply.

BUTEX Admission Result 2024
The admission test result will be published on the university’s notice board. Besides, the results will be published on the official website butex.edu.bd.
The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the admission test and the results of HSC and SSC levels. If candidates get less than 40% marks on the admission test, they will not be included in the merit list. A list of a maximum of 3000 people will be published. The department will be allocated through interviews according to the merit and preference of the candidates.
