Armed Forces Medical College AFMC Admission Result 2021 has been published on the Admissions website AFMC Teletalk Com BD and the Armed Forces Medical College website afmc.edu.bd. The AFMC Result has also been published on the college notice board. AFMC Admission Result will also be notified by SMS to the Candidate’s mobile number.

How to Know the AFMC Admission Result?

The AFMC Admission Test Result can be known through the Armed Forces Medical College Official website afmc.edu.bd and the Admission website afmc.teletalk.com.bd. To Known the AFMC Result 2021 follow the Instruction below.

  1. Visit afmc.teletalk.com.bd website
  2. Click on the Result Option.
  3. Provide your Admission Test Roll Number
  4. Press the Submit Button and Check your Result.

AFMC Admit Card Download

Armed Forces Medical College AFMC Admit Card 2021 can be downloaded from the admission website afmc teletalk com bd. All the information regarding the admission test date and admit card will be informed through SMS to the mobile number of the applicant.

After receiving the SMS, the candidate will be able to log in with his/her user ID and password and download the admission admit card. If the user ID and password are lost, they can be recovered from the same website. The admission test date and detailed seat plan will be mentioned in the admission test admit card.

AFMC Admission Test will be held on 14 August 2021, 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

AFMC Admit Card Download

Eligible candidates for the written admission test will be able to download the AFMC Admit Card 2021 with the user ID and password. It can be downloaded from 9 August. The roll number of the candidate, admission test date, time, name of the center, and medium of question (Bangla / English) will be mentioned in the AFMC admission admit card. The AFMC admission test card will later be considered as the identity card of the candidate. Admit Card can be downloaded as follows.

  2. Login with user ID and password.
  3. Download and print the Admit Card.

Admission Test Marks Distribution

The written test for admission will be held in 6 cantonments including the Dhaka cantonment. Candidates who have been selected as the examination center at the time of application will have to participate in the admission test at that center. Admission tests will be held in the MCQ method. Admission test Total Marks will be 100. Admission test of 30 marks in Physics, 30 marks in Chemistry, 30 marks in Biology, 05 marks in English, 05 marks in General Knowledge (History and Culture of Bangladesh) will be taken. Admission tests will be taken according to HSC / equivalent syllabus.

0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in the admission test. If you get at least 40 marks in the admission test of 100 marks, you will be considered a pass.

Candidates who have passed MBBS / BDS admission test in the previous year will be deducted 5 marks. And in the case of students admitted to government medical or dental college/unit in the previous year, a merit list will be prepared by deducting 7.5 marks.

Admission Circular 2020-21

The Armed Forces Medical College AFMC Admission Circular 2020-21 has been published. Candidates can apply online for Armored Forces Medical College and 5 private Army Medical Colleges run by the Army Welfare Trust. The admission process will be completed in accordance with the admission policy formulated by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.

Eligibility for application

Candidates must have two types of qualifications to apply to AFMC. In addition to educational qualifications, he/she must be physically fit.

Educational Qualifications:

AFMC’s AMC Cadet Category:

  • Candidates must pass SSC / Equivalent Examination 2017/2018 and HSC / Equivalent Examination 2019/2020. Candidates should have a minimum GPA of 10.00 from the science groups.

AFMC’s AFMC Cadet Category and 5 other Medical College Cadets:

  • Candidates must pass SSC / Equivalent Examination 2017/2018 and HSC / Equivalent Examination 2019/2020. Candidates must have a minimum total GPA of 9.00 from the science groups. The minimum total GPA obtained in the case of candidates for tribal quota seats only should be 8.00. However, the single GPA of any of the tribal candidates below 3.50 will not be acceptable.
  • All candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 in Biology.

Physical Qualifications:

  • Candidates in the AMC Cadet category of AFMC should have the following qualifications.
  • The minimum height of the male candidate is 1.63 m. (5 feet 4 inches) and the minimum height of the female candidate is 1.57 m. (5 feet 2 inches).
  • The minimum weight of the male candidate is 45.45 kg (100 lbs) and the minimum weight of the female candidate is 40.90 kg (90 lbs).
  • Male candidates should have a chest size (minimum) of 76 cm (30 inches) in normal conditions and 81 cm (32 inches) in extended conditions. The chest size of the female candidate (minimum) is 71 cm (28 inches) in normal condition and 76 cm in extended condition (30 inches).
  • If both male and female candidates have more than 2.5 diopters of eyesight and farsightedness in each eye and more than 1.0 diopters of different vision will not be acceptable. Color blindness will not be acceptable.
  • Candidates must be citizens of Bangladesh. In addition, on July 1, 2020, the maximum age of the candidate must be 20 years.

Admission Form

The admission application form can be filled online from 10 am on 23 February 2021. The application form can be filled up by 4 pm on 12 March 2021. Follow the instructions below to fill out the AFMC Admission Form 2020-21.

  1. Visit the admission website afmc.teletalk.com.bd.
  2. Select options for SSC / Equivalent and HSC / Equivalent or GCE (O / A / Both Levels).
  3. Type SSC and HSC roll number, registration number, board, and year and Submit.
  4. Verify all information and provide the required information.
  5. In the case of choosing a medical college, one has to choose between the two categories of Armed Forces Medical College (AMC and AFMC Cadet). All of the Army Medical Colleges can be chosen. A candidate can choose a maximum of 6 medical colleges.
  6. Photo and signature need to be uploaded. The photo size should be 300×300 pixels and the signature size should be 300×60 pixels. The maximum file size of the photo should be 100 KB and the signature maximum 60 KB. Both files must be in JPEG / JPG format.
  7. If the application form is filled and submitted properly, an applicant’s copy will be downloaded. Applicants need to print the copy.

Application Fees Payment

Within 48 hours of applying online, an application fee of Tk. 1000 / – has to be paid. Application fees can be paid only through Teletalk pre-paid mobile. The instruction for payment of the application fee will be mentioned in the applicant’s copy. At the application fee payment time, the candidate has to mention the Admission Test center.
